About the Role
37 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a First Contact Advisor to join the All Age Disability Team.

The post-holder will provide a frontline service which involves contact with the public, service users, families, carers, and other professionals and organisations by telephone, email, letter and face to face if required.

The post holder will gather information to ensure accurate and appropriate referrals/ enquiries to the team, provide basic information and advice and accurately record all information on the appropriate departmental systems.

You should have evidence of experience and qualification in the use of IT and Microsoft packages, e.g. Word and Excel but most importantly possess excellent verbal, written, numerical, communication and organisational skills.

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives and be in a role where you will gain all the support and training you need, including daily management support and benefit from excellent terms and conditions.
