We're looking for a Trainee Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a structured development role designed for individuals who want to learn how successful businesses operate behind the scenes while developing the leadership, commercial and operational skills needed to progress into management.

What you'll be doing

As a Trainee Operations Manager, you'll:

Support the day-to-day running of business operations
Assist with planning, coordinating and improving operational processes
Monitor team performance and help achieve business objectives
Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Support project delivery and operational planning
Help coach, motivate and develop team members
Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
Develop leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills through ongoing training
