Assistant/ Deputy Manager at Powerleague Milton Keynes

Salary: up to £30,000 plus bonus potential

Job Type: Full Time any 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends | Permanent Contract

Powerleague is looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to help drive on our industry- leading venues to new heights, as well as support the development and introduction with our brand new padel courts, due to be in production soon!

What You'll Be Doing as an Assistant Manager:

Supporting the Club Manager in delivering excellent daily operations and team performance
Help drive sales, events and programs to hit club targets
Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience.
Train, coach and motivate the team – you’ll be key part of our leadership pipeline.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management.
Build local community relationships and promote league growth and repeat business.

What You Bring to the Squad:

Experience in team leadership within a sport, leisure, hospitality or retail environment
Ability to multi- task in a busy, hands-on environment
You’re customer-obsessed — you understand that every touchpoint matters.
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude, solution- focused mindset, and a desire to grow into club leadership
