Key RoleResponsibilities:

As a Sales Manager , you will be an integral member of the Management Team. Your keyresponsibilities will include:

Being a champion of every customer interaction; ensuring that everysales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by your team, and in a manner thatfocusses on the Vindis Sales Experience.
Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve therequired business objectives, including: sales volumes, profitability, employeesatisfaction, customer satisfaction, loyalty levels and others, and toreconsider and redirect strategy in light of any of these objectives not beingachieved.
Analysingthe vast array of data available, to make swift, decisive and effectivedecisions to change the direction of, or an operation within, your department,for the benefit of delivering an outstanding result.
Ensuringthat all employees have clear objectives that are intrinsically linked to thoseof the wider department and business.
Maintaining a consultative and supporting working environment foremployees within your business area.
Championingthe effective and accurate usage, and compliance with, all systems andprocesses.

Prerequisites:

Previousrelevant experience required
Goodcommunication skills
Customerfacing experience required
Goodattention to detail
Full UKdriving licence required
