Tenant Liaison Officer

Location: Falkirk and surrounding areas
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive

Every year we continue to deliver complex window and door installation programmes for social housing landlords, new-build developers and clients, with every product designed to enhance the energy efficiency, security and kerb appeal of their properties.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tenant Liaison Officer to support the delivery of planned maintenance and improvement works across Falkirk Council properties.

In this key customer-facing role, you will be the main point of contact for residents, ensuring they are kept informed, supported, and engaged throughout the works. You will play a vital role in building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout planned works
Communicate project updates, arrange appointments, and issue notifications
Build positive relationships and deliver high-quality customer care
Support vulnerable residents and consider individual needs
Handle enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
Liaise closely with operational teams to minimise disruption
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Monitor feedback and support continuous service improvement

About You

Experience in a customer-facing role is essential
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Ability to manage a varied workload and work across multiple teams
Professional, positive, and solution-focused approach
Experience working with vulnerable customers is desirable
Good IT skills and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence is essential
