Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Domestic Assistant to join our team, providing essential support to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning, organizational, and administrative tasks to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency within our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, contributing to a safe and comfortable space for all staff and visitors.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures, adhering to established hygiene standards.
Manage laundry and linen services as needed to ensure cleanliness and availability.
Assist with light maintenance tasks such as replacing supplies, reporting repairs, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Organize storage areas and assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Support event planning activities by setting up spaces, arranging furniture, and ensuring facilities are prepared for meetings or gatherings.
Handle administrative responsibilities including data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records of cleaning schedules and supplies.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests from staff or visitors and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Conduct proofreading and transcription tasks for internal documents or correspondence as required.
Support calendar management using Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar tools to coordinate appointments and facility bookings.
Use office technology such as DocuSign for document signing processes when necessary.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
Ability to perform light physical tasks such as lifting supplies or moving furniture when needed.
