Property Assistant

Part Time, 25 Hours per Week
Glasgow City Centre

Following another year of growth and the expansion of our estate agency services, Chalmers Properties is looking for a motivated, organised and ambitious individual to join our team.

This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in residential property who wants to build experience across lettings, property management and sales.

You will support the daily running of the office while providing a professional and personal service to landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to calls, emails and property enquiries
Assisting with the marketing of properties
Arranging and conducting viewings
Following up with prospective tenants and buyers
Supporting tenant applications, buyer registrations and sales enquiries
Arranging repairs and liaising with contractors
Monitoring safety certificates and compliance records
Maintaining accurate property and client records
Supporting general tenancy, sales and office administration

We are looking for a reliable, proactive and well organised individual with a genuine interest in residential property. A strong customer focus, clear communication skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence using digital systems are essential.

Previous property experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

A full UK driving licence would also be advantageous.
