About the Role:

Antonio Ayala Digital Growth is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team in Alexandria. You will support the planning, creation and delivery of digital marketing activities across websites, email campaigns, social media and online advertising channels.

This role is suitable for someone who is organised, creative and interested in building practical experience in digital marketing. You will work with colleagues across content, design, client services and reporting to help deliver accurate and engaging campaigns for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Support:

Help prepare written and visual content for websites, social media pages, email campaigns and digital advertisements.

Social Media Scheduling:

Schedule approved posts across relevant platforms and check that captions, links and images are accurate.

Email Campaign Support:

Assist with email list preparation, campaign setup, content checks and basic performance reporting.

Website Updates:

Upload approved content, update product or service information and check that website pages display correctly.

Campaign Coordination:

Maintain campaign calendars, track deadlines and help ensure marketing tasks are completed on schedule.

Search Engine Optimisation Support:

Assist with keyword research, page titles, descriptions, internal links and other basic website optimisation activities.

Paid Advertising Support:

Help prepare campaign information, check advertisement content and monitor basic performance data.

Market Research:

Research competitors, audience interests and digital trends to support campaign planning.

Data Recording:

Maintain accurate spreadsheets and reports covering website visits, engagement, clicks, leads and campaign activity.

Content Review:

Check spelling, links, images and formatting before digital content is published.

Client Support:

Assist with gathering campaign information, preparing updates and responding to routine client requests.

File Management:

Organise approved images, documents, campaign materials and reporting files in shared digital folders.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

Previous experience in marketing support, content creation, social media, administration or a related role is preferred.

Digital Marketing Knowledge:

Basic understanding of social media, email marketing, websites and online advertising.

Writing Skills:

Ability to write clear and accurate content in English for different digital channels.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentation tools, content management systems and social media platforms.

Visual Awareness:

Good attention to layout, images and brand consistency when preparing digital content.

Organisation:

Ability to manage several tasks, maintain accurate records and meet agreed deadlines.

Communication:

Confident and professional when working with colleagues, clients and external service providers.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to review basic campaign information and identify changes in engagement, clicks or website activity.

Mindset:

You are curious, dependable and willing to learn. You check your work carefully, respond positively to feedback and understand that consistent small improvements can produce stronger digital results.

Pay: £2,300.00-£2,700.00 per month
