Job Summary

As a Work Place Host, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, creating a positive and professional environment for all visitors and team members. Your energetic presence will ensure that every guest feels valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. You will manage front desk operations, coordinate visitor access, and support daily workplace activities with enthusiasm and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest services.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and employees warmly, providing excellent customer service and assistance throughout their visit
Manage visitor check-in procedures, including issuing badges and maintaining access logs
Coordinate with security personnel to ensure smooth entry and exit processes for all guests
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to reflect a professional environment
Support event setup and logistics, including room reservations and equipment arrangements
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly with a friendly and helpful attitude
Assist with workplace management tasks such as distributing supplies or providing directions within the facility

Experience

Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk management
Strong management skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse groups of visitors and staff
Demonstrated ability to handle guest services with professionalism and positivity
Prior experience in managing access control or security procedures is a plus
Ability to remain energetic, approachable, and proactive throughout the workday
