Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services.
Engage in effective negotiation to close sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including features and benefits, to provide accurate information.
Manage customer inquiries via in-person interactions and digital channels with professionalism and clarity.
Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by establishing relationships with corporate clients.
Ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
Utilize IT systems for order processing, inventory management, and record keeping efficiently.
Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer interactions seamlessly.
Drive your own professional growth by actively participating in training sessions and team meetings.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; a proactive attitude is essential.
Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively connect with diverse customers and colleagues.
Proven negotiation skills that help close deals while maintaining positive relationships.
Familiarity with IT tools such as point-of-sale systems, inventory software, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driver’s license is a plus for roles involving travel or delivery responsibilities.
