Full job description

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and reliable Customer Support Associate to join our expanding team in Glasgow.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will:

Customer & Service Support: Assist customers warmly via phone, email, or live chat, handle inquiries efficiently, and ensure exceptional resolution experiences at every touchpoint.
Daily Support Operations Exposure: Manage day-to-day incoming queries, assist with account troubleshooting, and maintain high standards of service accuracy.
Performance & Goal Tracking: Work towards individual and team service level targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Systems & Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer logs, interaction notes, and account details using internal CRM systems.
Cross-Functional Support: Rotate through key support functions (e.g., Inbound Assistance, Escalations Support, and Operations Admin) to build a well-rounded understanding of the organization.
Process Improvement: Participate in team catch-ups, proposing practical, creative solutions to improve query resolution workflows and customer satisfaction.
Personal & Professional Development: Attend structured customer care workshops, system training sessions, and team coaching to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities.
