Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, engaging with customers and providing exceptional service that drives sales and builds lasting relationships. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and inspired to make informed purchasing decisions. Duties

Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication
Supporting both pre‑sales and after‑sales enquiries
Resolving customer queries at first point of contact wherever possible, with empathy and professionalism
Managing multiple tasks at once while keeping accurate notes and following up on commitments
Present product features, benefits, and solutions tailored to individual customer preferences
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales successfully while ensuring customer satisfaction
Support sales through upselling products and services to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue
Maintain the organisation and visual presentation of the showroom, including merchandising displays
Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing stock levels, and updating records
Support the sales team with basic maths calculations for pricing or measurements
Handle enquiries via phone or email courteously and efficiently
Drive customer engagement by providing expert advice on product selection and usage
Maintain organised records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and follow-up activities
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and improve overall store performance
Utilise IT systems to process orders, update customer information, and generate reports efficiently

Skills

A calm, empathetic communicator who doesn’t fluster in a busy environment
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions positively
Confidence using systems and juggling multiple customer conversations
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to connect effectively with diverse customers
Proven experience in sales or retail sales environments is advantageous
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Valid driving license preferred
Good IT literacy to navigate sales software, CRM systems, and basic organisational tools
Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting
