About the role

Are you an experienced Grounds Maintenance/Waste Cleansing Operative looking for a hands-on role where your work has a visible impact every day? Join Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) and help keep our neighbourhoods clean, safe, and welcoming.

What You’ll Get:

£27,976 per year with annual pay review

What You’ll Be Doing:

Clearing bulk waste, fly-tipping, and abandoned items safely and efficiently
Emptying and removing waste from communal areas and housing blocks
Clearing empty properties and gardens in preparation for new residents
Sorting and disposing of waste correctly in line with environmental regulations
Driving a van or tipper truck (up to 3.5 tonnes) to licensed tips and recycling facilities
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our housing communities
Occasionally supporting grounds maintenance duties, such as grass cutting and hedge trimming

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Waste Operative or in environmental services
Resilient, reliable, and physically fit for outdoor work
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK
Willing to undergo a Basic DBS check (arranged by Bromford)
