We have an exciting new vacancy for a Receptionist to join our team at The Grand Blackpool Hotel. Located on Blackpool’s famous North Promenade, this central Blackpool hotel boasts 274 bedrooms and is just a short walk from Blackpool centre.

Your duties will include:

Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system
Advising guests and visitors about the facilities on site.
Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay
Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera systems would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
