Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading our team with confidence. Your leadership will help foster a lively atmosphere while maintaining safety standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Support the management team in overseeing daily park operations and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
Supervise staff members, including scheduling, training, and motivating team members to deliver outstanding service
Assist with retail management by merchandising products effectively and managing inventory levels
Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and excellent communication skills
Ensure safety protocols are followed rigorously and conduct regular safety inspections of the facility
Manage administrative tasks such as shift reports, incident documentation, and attendance records
Lead by example in demonstrating strong organizational skills, time management, and effective communication

Skills

Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams in retail or entertainment environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Experience in merchandising, sales management, and customer service excellence
Well-developed organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety standards
