Full job description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidates could be an A-level student (Year 12 or 13) and preferably studying STEM subjects. They will possess a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively. We will cover 50% of the enhanced DBS check while the repayment of the remaining 50% could be spread out over 6 months.

Responsibilities

Deliver instruction in a clear and effective manner, ensuring all students understand the material.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages each student to complete their class work without much difficulty.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional strategies and share best practices.

Experience

Previous experience in teaching or instructional roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues alike.
A good GCSE grade in Mathematics and Sciences (not less than a Grade 6).
Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes is advantageous. We welcome applications from individuals who are eager to inspire and educate the next generation!
