Full job description

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to play a key role in creating impactful visual communications that support our people, clients and communities. If you have previous experience in a design role, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high quality, brand-led creative work, we'd love to hear from you.
As part of our Marketing team, you'll work on a broad range of creative projects, collaborating with colleagues across Marketing, Business Development and Communications to deliver outstanding design solutions.

What you'll be doing:
Create engaging digital and print materials including campaigns, reports, presentations, social media assets and event collateral.
Partner with colleagues across the business to develop creative responses to briefs and provide expert design guidance.
Help evolve and protect the Burges Salmon brand, ensuring consistency across all communications.
Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, printers and other creative suppliers.
Coordinate design projects from concept through to final production.
Support the management of the firm's image library and design assets.

What we're looking for
Significant experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a professional services, B2B or corporate environment.
A highly adaptable and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of branding, digital design and visual storytelling.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
