About MarketMore

MarketMore is TPFG’s in-house marketing agency, helping franchisee branches across The Property Franchise Group win more instructions and stay visible in their local market through tailored marketing campaigns.

Our services span local social media, email marketing, content creation, bespoke design, paid advertising and widespread canvassing. We work at a fraction of the cost of external agencies, delivering measurable ROI and real business impact for our clients.

The Role

We need someone who can hit the ground running: a naturally organised, customer-focused Account Manager who builds strong client relationships from day one and keeps the admin behind every account watertight. You’ll be the go-to person for our franchisees, making sure their campaigns run smoothly, clients feel supported, and results are clearly communicated. Communication is key in this relationship.

You’ll be confident using CRM systems, trackers and AI tools to work efficiently and keep every account on top of its game - this isn’t a role where things fall through the cracks. It would suit someone with a background in estate agency, account management or marketing who is ready to take ownership of a busy portfolio straight away and enjoys diving into exciting campaign results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Management

Acting as the main point of contact for the 170 current MarketMore clients, building strong working relationships with franchise branch stakeholders
Onboarding new clients and guiding them through expectations and initial setup
Keeping in regular contact to answer questions and provide monthly reporting updates across all marketing channels
Handling day-to-day client queries with professionalism and pace

Admin & Account Organisation

Keeping CRM records, trackers and client files accurate, complete and up to date at all times
Managing a busy diary across multiple accounts, prioritising effectively and never missing a deadline
Using AI tools to help draft communications, summarise activity and speed up reporting without losing accuracy or personal touch
Maintaining organised documentation so any colleague could pick up an account and understand its status immediately

Managing Marketing Activity

Translating branch goals and commercial objectives into clear marketing actions
Working closely with internal teams to ensure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard
Actively pitching and selling MarketMore packages to franchisees not yet on a subscription, confidently presenting the value of Enhance and Elevate and converting interest into sign-ups
Representing MarketMore at conferences and regional meetings.

Reporting & Results

Monitoring campaign performance and extracting clear, useful insights from dashboards and data
Producing easy-to-understand reports that clearly demonstrate ROI for clients and how and why MarketMore is working for them
Walking clients through what’s working, what could be improved, and recommended next steps
Proactively suggesting ideas to improve performance or add value to accounts

Account Growth & Retention

Supporting renewals and maintaining long-term client relationships
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant MarketMore services, such as upgrading from Enhance to Elevate, or adding on ad hoc content
Helping maintain a positive, supportive experience for all clients that drives loyalty, retention and, most importantly, open communication

About You

We’re looking for someone who can genuinely hit the ground running. That means:

Highly organised: you manage multiple accounts at once without losing track of a single detail, and admin never slips.
Great with people: you’re confident speaking with clients and build strong working relationships quickly.
Relationship-focused: you take a genuine interest in client success and keep communication open, not just transactional.
Comfortable with tech and AI: confident using CRM systems, reporting tools and AI tools to work smarter and faster.
A clear communicator: able to explain marketing activity and results clearly to non-marketing audiences.
Commercially minded: comfortable having conversations around account growth, added value and pitching packages to prospective clients.
Ready from day one: you take ownership of your accounts and don’t need much hand-holding to get going.
Experienced: some background or knowledge across estate agency, property or account management.

It’s a Bonus If You Have

Digital marketing experience - paid social, email marketing, content writing or reporting
Hands-on experience with AI tools for drafting, summarising or reporting
Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or email marketing tools
Experience in a property or franchise environment
