Full job description

The Wrengate Group is involved in a number of activities including textile wholesaling, secured short term lending and property development.

Job Summary

We are looking for a self motivated individual to assist with the running and general administration of our small friendly office in Heaton Mersey.

The ideal candidate would have a flexible approach with an eye for detail and a good working knowledge of Excel.

The role is varied and also includes a small amount of accounts transaction processing and some bookkeeping experience would be desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

Monitoring sales deals to ensure all necessary documentation received and processed.
Raising invoices and delivery notes to customers and accounts transaction processing.
Liasing with Clearing Agent/Warehouse/Transport Company – Goods Inwards/Outwards
Credit control.
Setting up online banking payments.
Preparation of management reports.
Compiling and entering supporting documentation for the tracing of sustainable fabrics
General day to day admin duties including dealing with post, answering and screening calls, general filing etc.
Insurance Claim documentation
Management of mobile phones and contracts.
Building management including arranging repairs, liaising with cleaning company, maintaining stationery stock etc.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
