What to Expect

As Operations Coordinator, Customer Excellence, you will manage and optimise Tesla’s large-scale customer communication programmes across the UK and Ireland. You will oversee the full lifecycle of bulk external mailers and SMS campaigns, ensuring every message is on-brand, accurately executed, and supported by clear data insights.

Working closely with UK and Ireland Sales & Delivery teams as well as stakeholders at EMEA headquarters, you will help shape communication strategies that improve performance throughout the customer journey. This role sits at the centre of how Tesla engages customers at scale, where brand consistency, data-driven thinking, and operational precision combine to deliver an outstanding experience.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end process for bulk external customer mailers and SMS campaigns, including submitting requests, proofreading, coordinating delivery, and managing stakeholder communications.
Track and analyse campaign performance, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders to continuously improve the UK and Ireland communication strategy.
Ensure Tesla’s brand voice is applied consistently across all outbound communications, regardless of channel or source.
Manage and distribute internal communications to UK and Ireland team members in a timely and professional manner.
Lead Customer Excellence projects and initiatives, including operational field reviews, mystery shopping programmes, internal news and communications articles, and intranet/SharePoint content updates.

What You'll Bring

Experience in sales, operations, or a similar customer-focused environment.
Exceptional written communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
A proven problem-solver with a track record of driving operational efficiency and delivering results.
Strong ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet business-critical deadlines.
Solid organisational, numerical, and analytical capabilities.
Valid UK driving licence held for at least two years.
Right to work in the UK.
