Do you love golf and admin, have bags of enthusiasm and a ‘can-do’ attitude? Well, that’s a happy coincidence – because we’re hiring!

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Golf Coordinator to join the golf team at our award-winning brand engagement agency.

Working alongside our senior golf manager and project golf manager, you’ll help coordinate an exciting calendar of corporate golf events for a range of clients – from individual golf days and national tournaments to overseas golf experiences.

You’ll get involved in all aspects of the planning process, helping to keep projects organised, clients happy and every detail on track. It’s a varied role where no two days are quite the same, so you’ll need to be organised, proactive and happy juggling multiple priorities.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for golf and delivering brilliant experiences for our clients and their guests.

About us

At XSEM, we live and breathe golf. We pride ourselves on delivering events from a golfer’s perspective. Our experienced golf team has played tournament golf, organised national tournaments across multiple venues and delivered experiences involving some of the biggest names in the game.

The role

As our Golf Coordinator, you’ll support the planning and delivery of a busy calendar of golf events. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating event timelines and helping keep projects on track
Liaising with clients and implementing changes throughout the planning process
Researching venues, suppliers and ideas to fi nd the best options for eachevent
Liaising with golf clubs, venues and other event suppliers
Supporting delegate and guest management, including guestcommunications and itineraries
Assisting with event budgets, invoicing, contracts and progress reporting
Coordinating event collateral and other golf-day requirements
Setting up tee sheets and scoring withinGolf Genius
Occassionally supporting the team with on-site event delivery (majority of time office based)
Helping close down and evaluate events once completed
Bringing new ideas to the table to continually improve how we plan and deliver our golf experiences

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a genuine passion for golf and strong administration skills
Is highly organised with great attention to detail
Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time
Is proactive and comfortable using their own initiative
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Loves delivering great customer service and building strong relationships
Works well under pressure and can think on their feet
Is a brilliant team player but equally comfortable working independently
Has strong problem-solving skills and a positive approach
Is confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
Is flexible when it comes to travel and working outside normal office hours when events require it
