We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our Administration Team at HMP Rye Hill a category C Prison located in Willoughby, Rugby.

HMP Rye Hill is a busy male category C prison with a capacity for 1100 inmates.

Hours

18.75 hours per week

Monday - Friday

0800 - 1145

Salary

This position is part time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £14,287 per annum (pro rata for 18.75 hours)

What you'll be doing

As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will

Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site.
Dealing with referrals
Arranging appointments
Reporting
General administration duties
Answering and directing telephone calls / emails.
Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc.

Qualifications required

English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
Ability to prioritise workload
