Full job description

JST Electronics are a family run business with over 30 years of experience. We are domestic appliance repair specialists, based in Bellshill, specialising in various small domestic appliances such as (but not limited to); TVs, vacuum cleaners, laptops & PCs, microwaves, e-scooter & bikes and hair dryers & straighteners.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated small domestic appliance engineer to join our team at JST Electronics in Bellshill. As a key member of our workshop team, you will ensure timely assessments and repairs of customer product.

Responsibilities

Handling customer product, namely carrying out assessments and repairs on various small domestic appliances.
Record required event details and images from assessments/repairs carried out and upload them to numerous platforms.
Ensure health & safety is followed daily.
Provide in-person customer service.
Answering customer enquiries via phone and provide repair quotes.
Replacement part sourcing.
Working independently and as part of a team.
PCB board repairs and soldering preferred but not essential.
