About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Cyclist – E Bike to join our team at Domino's in Brackley. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our catering and hospitality services reach our customers promptly and in excellent condition. If you enjoy being outdoors, have a passion for safe cycling, and pride yourself on delivering exceptional service, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Safely deliver food orders to customers using an electric bicycle within the Brackley area.
Maintain excellent time management to meet delivery schedules efficiently.
Ensure all orders are handled carefully and arrive in perfect condition.
Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
Report any issues or delays promptly to the management team.
Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of your e-bike to ensure safe operation.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Qualifications and Skills

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid UK driving licence or ID.
Experience in delivery or courier roles is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.
Comfortable and confident riding an electric bicycle in various weather conditions.
Good knowledge of the Brackley area and surrounding routes preferred.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of cycling and carrying deliveries.
