Who We're Seeking:

Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for sales? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Account Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious growth strategy. If you're passionate about selling products and building and nurturing relationships, this role is tailored for you.

Your Role:

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll oversee the development, management, and growth of our distribution network across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:

· Identifying new prospects and market opportunities through targeted research.

· Developing and nurturing leads through proactive outbound telesales and email campaigns.

· Reviewing existing business relationships to identify growth opportunities.

· Handling technical enquiries from our established customer base.

· Providing exceptional customer service and account management.

· Mastering our company's key attributes, supply capabilities, and business-to-business e-commerce platform.

· Collaborating closely with the Head of Sales and the sales team to meet targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Attributes:

Essential:

· Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for product sales and business development.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport effortlessly.

· Highly motivated, results-driven, and flexible in workload and working hours.

· Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines consistently.

· Proficiency in using business ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.

· Open to collaborative working and feedback.

· Positive, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

· Fluent in English with a valid UK driving license.

Desirable (But Not Essential):

· Experience in the home appliance industry or spare parts aftermarket.

· Familiarity with Oracle's NetSuite ERP system.
