In search for the right Senior Support Worker and must have completed or almost completed the NVQ Level 3 or 4 qualified in children and young people qualification.

Ofsted Rated 'Good' therapeutic children's homes in Oxfordshire with an in-house clinical psychologist.

We have an existing strong team that makes a real difference providing high quality 24 hours residential care for children and young people from the age between 7-18.

We are looking for dedicated, compassionate senior residential support worker to join our team as we are expanding and developing our services. Job Title : Senior Children Support Worker

Location: Oxford

Salary - negotiable subject to experience

Sleep in Rates: £70 each sleep in

Bonuses on OFSTED rating of 'Good' and 'Outstanding'

Additional Attendance Allowance £1200

Contract: Flexible, shift and schedule (2 on, 3 off pattern)

Essential: Right to Work in the UK, experience of working in a children's home setting and senior.
