Join Our Small, Friendly Kitchen Team

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Part-Time Commis Chef to join our close-knit team. If you enjoy cooking with fresh ingredients, thrive in a busy kitchen, and want to develop your skills in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Commis Chef, you'll work alongside our experienced kitchen team to help prepare and serve high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and cooking of menu items.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Prepare ingredients and support chefs during service.
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene regulations.
Help with stock rotation and storage.
Work efficiently as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.
Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.
A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
