Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes. Duties

Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing strong phone etiquette to direct inquiries and relay messages effectively
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents using digital tools such as our Management System and Microsoft Office applications
Perform data entry tasks accurately into various systems our Management System
Assist with invoicing and billing
Support team members with mailing sample requests to clients and inventory management

Skills

Proven office experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures and office operations
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). We will train you for use of our Management System.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Skilled in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
Effective communication skills showcasing professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
Basic typing skills to ensure swift document creation and correspondence
Previous clerical experience that highlights reliability and proactive problem-solving abilities
