Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Bar Staff member and become the heartbeat of an energetic and welcoming environment! In this role, you will be the face of our venue, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly mixing drinks, and maintaining a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels valued and enjoys their time with us. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a vibrant setting.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock levels and equipment sanitation
Verify guest identification to ensure responsible serving in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, including handling payments and issuing receipts
Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, intervening when necessary with professionalism
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is highly desirable
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate transaction processing
Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
Ability to stay energetic, positive, and motivated in a fast-paced setting

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
