Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and experienced Door Supervisor to join our security team. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and staff, maintaining order, and providing a secure and welcoming environment at all times. This role requires strong communication skills, vigilance, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Control entry to the premises, admitting only authorised individuals.
Patrol the venue regularly to prevent and detect security issues.
Respond quickly to incidents, administer first aid when required, and liaise with emergency services if necessary.
Accurately record incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related information.
Support management in applying and maintaining security procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service by assisting guests and handling situations professionally.

Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential).
Proven experience in a security or door supervision role.
First Aid certification
Strong observational and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and shift patterns.
