Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper cleaner and a Breakfast server to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, hotel bedrooms and ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay, with the correct person in mind we will incorporate front of house/Breakfast duties and possibly reception cover. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms.
Ensure all public areas are kept clean and tidy, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with laundry duties as required, including laundry count Ebook etc
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Skills

Previous hotel experience is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with hospitality standards.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain high cleaning standards consistently.
Janitorial experience is beneficial for understanding effective cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
