Overview

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Cold Caller on a 100% commission basis to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments to support our business development efforts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their sales skills within a dynamic environment. Fluency in English is essential, and a native accent is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and comfortable working independently over the phone. This paid position is suitable for those eager to gain experience in B2B sales and telemarketing.

Key information

This job requires no more than 2-4 hours per day
You can work from anywhere in the world
The job is 100% commission based however starts from £100 per website sold but will be increased to £125per website sold if more than 1 websites are sold per week.
No educational requirements
No age requirements for the job
Prior cold calling or telemarketing experience isn't required but is preferred (1+ months)

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists
Introduce our products/services confidently and professionally
Identify potential client needs and qualify leads effectively
Schedule appointments or follow-up meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes within CRM software such as Salesforce
Follow scripts and adapt messaging to suit different client profiles
Handle objections politely and persistently to maximise engagement
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing outreach success
Have a UK phone number

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is advantageous
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and maintain a professional demeanour
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets
Good listening skills and the ability to adapt messaging based on client responses

This role provides an excellent platform for individuals eager to enhance their sales capabilities within a supportive team environment.

We provide websites for our clients for £550 at roughly 20% commission you would make £100 per website sold, there is no cap on commission, if you sell more than one a week we can very happily increase that to £125 per website sold, if you possess good skills you can definitely sell 5+ websites a week and can definitely earn £600-£1000 per week.

Pay: Up to £3,500.00 per month
