Starting at 1-2 days per week, Must be Liverpool Based

We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Sales Coordinator (Part-Time) to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for property and sales, looking to develop their skills within a supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with property listings, client communication, sales progression, viewings and administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations. Flexibility is key, as this position is ideal for those seeking part-time work that complements other commitments.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing property listings and updating relevant databases accurately
Communicate effectively with clients, prospective buyers, and internal teams via phone, email, or in person
Attending property showings and updating the viewings diary, booking and confirming appointments and planning sensible routes.
Support the preparation of marketing materials and property documentation
Maintain organised records of transactions, client interactions, and property details
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and correspondence management
Progressing sales from start to finish once handed over to legals
Keeping the CRM and pipeline up to date so we always know where every deal stand.
Following up and qualifying incoming enquiries, and booking them in for viewings.
Helping prepare property particulars and deal brochures from our templates.
Flagging any investor or landlord leads that come up so we can route them to the right part of the group.

Qualifications

Proven administrative experience, ideally within real estate or sales environments
Proactive and strong mindset
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in using MS Office suite and CRM system
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Friendly, professional demeanour with a proactive approach to problem solving

Pay: From £100.00 per day

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Liverpool L15 8HY
