Our products are known for their precision and durability, and we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients across Europe and world over. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team. Our office and factory is located in Market Harborough. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, preferably with knowledge in selling Laboratory equipment or laboratory temperature furnaces.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell our range of furnaces and Thermal Analysers to existing and potential clients across various customers in UK, Europe and Americas
Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Promote and sell our products in overseas countries. Direct selling as well as through dealers/distributors. Dealers/distributors to be developed in identified countries.
Training and Technical support :
Training Dealers and providing marketing material to dealers.
Providing technical support to dealers and customers.
Marketing activities: Helping marketing team to advise on strategy and design of marketing material. Providing technical as well promotional articles about delivered projects/products and new products to the team.Representing the company in forums, conferences , shows, etc by attending as well as giving presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Science and/or Engineering is preferred.
Proven experience in technical sales or customer service within a related industry (Engineering or Laboratory equipment). Experience in dealing with overseas business will be added qualification for the role.
Strong technical aptitude.
A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for customer visits and service calls.
