Office and Culture Coordinator

We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Office & Culture Coordinator to become one of the most connected people in our business.

As we continue to grow as an independent business, we're looking for someone who can help create an exceptional workplace experience for our employees and visitors.

This is a varied role combining office coordination, workplace experience, culture and events. Reporting to the People Director, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a range of initiatives, improve the employee experience and play a key role in an exciting office move planned over the next 12–18 months.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate the day-to-day running of our London office.

Welcome visitors, candidates and suppliers, ensuring a positive experience.

Manage meeting room bookings, office suppliers, deliveries, catering and office supplies.

Support onboarding activities, including induction lunches and office tours.

Support employees with workplace requests, including standing desks and ergonomic equipment.

Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and health & safety activities.

Organise cultural celebrations, social events, charity initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Support employee networks and communities.

Keep our office environment engaging through displays, decorations and workplace improvements.

Manage office equipment records and support equipment returns from leavers.

Help coordinate our future office move and other workplace projects.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of tasks.

Confident working independently and using initiative.

Friendly, approachable and passionate about creating a great workplace experience.
