We are looking for friendly, energetic Waiting Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience through attentive service and a welcoming attitude. If you enjoy working in a lively environment, love engaging with people, and have a passion for hospitality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. All positions are paid, and we value enthusiasm and a positive approach as much as experience.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist them in settling into their tables with a friendly smile.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen team.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
Check in with guests periodically to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
Follow all food safety protocols to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and order accuracy.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques is a plus.
Ability to manage time efficiently during busy service periods while remaining calm under pressure.
Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required.
A positive attitude, team spirit, and dedication to providing excellent guest services.
