Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Business Lecturer to inspire and educate future business leaders. You will deliver engaging lessons that combine theory with real-world applications, fostering critical thinking and collaboration. The role involves creating a dynamic learning environment, mentoring students, and contributing to academic research. This is an opportunity to shape students’ success while growing professionally in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lectures and seminars across various subjects while ensuring that learning outcomes are met.
Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student understanding and retention of course material.
Communicate effectively with students, providing guidance and support to facilitate their academic success.
Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and feedback, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation standards.
Organise course materials, including syllabi, reading lists, and online resources, to create an accessible learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and departmental initiatives to improve educational offerings.
Stay updated on advancements in your field of expertise and integrate relevant IT tools to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Qualifications

A relevant postgraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in the business field.
Proven experience in teaching at the higher education level is desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with IT tools and platforms that support teaching and learning processes is advantageous.
PG Cert is preferred

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as a business lecturer (pay rate will depend on candidate's experience)
