About the Role

Zenzero is launching an exciting new agency service, bringing our paid media expertise to both our own group brands and external agency customers. As our first dedicated Paid Media Manager, you'll take ownership of paid advertising performance across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a growing remit across Meta and wider paid social. You'll work closely with our Head of Demand Generation and SEO Lead to build a joined-up, high performing paid and organic offering - laying the foundations for what is expected to become a wider paid media team as the business, and this role, continue to grow.

Responsibilities

Own and manage paid media performance across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for Zenzero group brands and agency customers, with growing responsibility for Meta and wider paid social.
Plan, build and continuously optimise PPC and paid social campaigns to hit lead generation, pipeline and ROI targets.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and targeting to improve relevance and campaign performance.
Manage paid media budgets efficiently, ensuring spend is allocated for maximum return across every brand and client account.
Analyse campaign data and produce clear, regular performance reporting, translating results into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and clients.
Work closely with the SEO Lead to align paid and organic strategies and support the identification of new business opportunities.
Partner with the Head of Demand Generation to shape the strategy and roadmap for our newly launched paid media agency service.
Keep on top of platform updates, industry trends and emerging ad technology across Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
Establish best-practice processes, testing frameworks and reporting standards as the function is built from the ground up.
Act as the go-to specialist for paid media internally, laying the groundwork to build and lead a team as the role and function grow.

Requirements

Proven track record of managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with demonstrable performance results.
Experience running Meta / paid social campaigns as part of a wider paid media mix.
Comfortable managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously, ideally gained in an agency, in-house multi-brand, or client-facing environment.
Strong analytical skills, confident interpreting campaign data and translating it into clear, actionable recommendations.
Experience managing budgets and being accountable for ROI across accounts.
A solid understanding of audience segmentation, targeting and keyword strategy.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with internal teams, group brands and external clients.
