As a Toilet & Shower Operative, you’ll help maintain high standards across facilities, ensuring festival-goers have a positive and hygienic experience throughout the weekend. It’s a hands-on role in a supportive team, right at the heart of the action.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll deliver essential cleaning services that keep events running smoothly, while meeting new people and creating unforgettable memories along the way. It’s more than a job – it’s a festival summer you won’t forget.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and used correctly
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning routines
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents or contamination
Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised throughout the shift

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Good communication skills in English
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service when interacting with staff or visitors
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Physically fit to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
