Full job description

Are you passionate about helping learners feel safe, supported and able to achieve their full potential?

As our Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer you will:

Provide one-to-one wellbeing support
Be a member of our Safeguarding team, which includes being duty officer on a rota basis
Maintain confidential records and support compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
Promote safeguarding best practice and contribute to staff and learner awareness initiatives

What you will bring to the role:

GCSE grade 4/C or above specifically in English and Maths
Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent
Knowledge of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults
Understanding of equality, diversity, inclusion and the Equality Act 2010
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
