Job Description:
Headwear UK is one of the UK's leading headwear and apparel decoration businesses, supplying customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable Office Administrator to become an integral part of our team. This is a varied and hands-on role offering exposure to multiple areas of the business. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing company where they can develop their skills and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and send quotations to clients
Maintain and organise filing systems, both digital and physical
Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
Manage emails and general correspondence
Perform data entry and maintain company records
Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks
Assist with ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
