Job Description:

We are seeking friendly,professional dental receptionist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills,organisational abilities,and a compassionate attitude. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting,contributing positively to the overall experience of our clients and patients.

Duties

Greet visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage appointment bookings and patient check-ins efficiently
Answer phone calls promptly and direct enquiries appropriately
Maintain accurate records using IT systems and ensure confidentiality
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing,data entry,and organising schedules
Provide information about services offered and support patients with their needs
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations
Ensure the reception area is tidy,welcoming,and well-stocked with necessary materials

Qualifications

Prior experience in patient care or healthcare settings
Proficiency in English,with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic IT skills,including familiarity with scheduling software and data entry programmes
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Patience,empathy,and a caring attitude towards patients and visitors
Good organisational skills to prioritise duties effectively
Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
