Position Overview:

As our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our financial advisers and ensuring clients receive an excellent experience. A significant part of the role involves preparing client meeting files, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support across the business.

· This role is fully office based.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

Prepare client files and documentation ahead of financial adviser meetings.
Ensure all client records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and emails.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documentation.
Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties to obtain information when required.
Support the team with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
Help ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

About You:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
A professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desirable:

Previous experience within financial services or an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice.
Knowledge of client management or back-office systems.
An understanding of FCA-regulated environments.
