Here at Forth we’re passionate about giving our customers a better understanding of their own health, together with advice about the simple things you can do to start making improvements.

Navigating our way to better health can sometimes be confusing, particularly as we’re often bombarded with conflicting information. As a result, it can be difficult to know where to start or if what we are doing is making any difference.

Forth enables you to scientifically measure if your lifestyle choices and the changes you make are having a positive impact on your health, rather than leaving it to guesswork. We’re excited by what we’ve built so far and the future ahead.

Customer service is our number one priority and to ensure this continues, we are looking to expand the support team and ensure the quality of our service remains high as our customer base grows.

We are looking for someone to join us on a 1 year contract. This could be full-time or as part of a job share. Work is mostly conducted remotely, with one day in the office per week.

A successful candidate will contribute to a thriving team to help customers promptly and effectively with a number of different scenarios. You will be required to interact with customers via email and social media to provide concise and informative responses to queries, concerns and requests about products we sell and the services we provide. The goal is to ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain a high customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities

Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate information to customers.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints with empathy.
Responding promptly to all customer enquiries.
Help to create bespoke tests to fit the customers requirements.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal colleagues/departments.
Follow company processes accurately and efficiently.
Collect accurate feedback from customers to improve our services

Requirements and Experience

Must be 18 years of age or older
Customer service experience
High standards with a professional manner
Confident with different software systems
Exceptional communication skills
Great keyboard skills
