£20.00 – £25.00 per hour depending on experience and ability

Coopers Roofing Contractors Ltd is looking for an experienced and reliable roofer to join our growing team.

This role is suited to a skilled roofer who is confident leading a small team on domestic roofing projects and maintaining high standards of workmanship, organisation, and professionalism on site.

The successful candidate must be experienced in pitched roofing works including tiling, slating, leadwork, and general roofing repairs, and be capable of working independently while overseeing jobs and managing operatives when required.

The ideal candidate must be confident taking charge of a site in the absence of the company director, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years roofing experience
Level 2 Roofing Qualification essential.
Leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of domestic pitched roofing
Able to organise and oversee day-to-day site works
Full UK driving licence
UTR & CIS registered
Reliable, professional, and takes pride in their work
