Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Saturday Receptionist to join our team.

Are you confident and polite, do you have a positive attitude? If so we would love to hear from you!

We are currently seeking a customer service minded Receptionist to join our Front of House team to meet, greet and look after the needs of our clients as well as dealing with incoming calls and the booking of appointments for our busy salon in Ascot, Berkshire.

Required skills and experience:

Experience in a Reception role and within the industry an advantage
Lots of enthusiasm and energy
Computer skills essential
Ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure
Well presented
A team player with an excellent attitude towards their work and a passion for the industry
You must be reliable, as you will be opening or closing the salon on occasions.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via email
Maintain appointment schedules
Assist with administrative tasks such as stock takes, client consultation forms
Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties to facilitate daily operations
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and professional at all times

Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person
Familiarity with administrative procedures such as appointment scheduling software
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on Saturdays
Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for organised individuals seeking weekend work.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
