Job Title: Training & Workforce Administrator
Location: This is an on-site role working at our beautiful location in the village of Market Overton, Rutland.
Job Type: Part Time – 16 hours per week
Working Pattern: Flexible working pattern to be agreed (typically over two full days, four half days or another agreed arrangement)
Salary: £11,562 per annum (FTE £28,898) (Pay Point 9 – £13.86 per hour)

The Lodge Trust CIO is a Christian charity based in Market Overton, Rutland, providing supported living, residential care, day opportunities, and work-based activities for adults with learning disabilities. Role Purpose –
As our Training & Workforce Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our colleagues receive the right training at the right time while supporting effective workforce planning across the organisation.
Working closely with the Training & Compliance Manager and Operational Leaders, you will coordinate training programmes, maintain accurate workforce records, administer staff rotas, and produce compliance information that helps us deliver safe, effective and well-led services. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator who enjoys working with data, digital systems and people.
Key Responsibilities –
- Coordinate mandatory, refresher and specialist training programmes across the organisation
- Maintain accurate training records and monitor compliance using Click Learning and other workforce systems
- Manage training bookings, attendance records, certificates and evaluation documentation
- Support new starter inductions by monitoring progress and maintaining induction records
- Provide administrative support for competency assessments, supervision records and staff development reviews
- Administer the organisation's staff rota using RotaCloud, ensuring training and staffing requirements are effectively coordinated
- Process annual leave requests and maintain accurate workforce information within RotaCloud
- Produce regular reports on training compliance, workforce planning and staffing information
- Analyse workforce data to identify overdue training, compliance risks and trends for managers
- Support CQC compliance, audits, inspections and workforce reporting, including maintaining the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS)
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workforce administration processes and digital systems
What We're Looking For –
- An organised and highly accurate administrator with experience in a busy office or workforce administration environment
- Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams
- Confidence working with digital systems, databases and workforce information
- Experience producing reports and analysing data to support operational decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in line with GDPR requirements
- Experience using Learning Management Systems, RotaCloud or similar workforce management software would be advantageous
- Experience within health, social care or another regulated environment would be beneficial
- A proactive, methodical and solution-focused approach with pride in producing work of a consistently high standard
