In the heart of Scotland, we’re set in a 900 acre estate in stunning Perthshire. A home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. About the role

As a Bar Supervisor at Crieff Hydro, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our bars. You’ll support the Bar Manager in the daily running of the operation, ensuring high standards of service, product quality and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and support bar staff during service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Deliver warm, professional and memorable service to all guests.
Maintain stock levels and manage cellar duties.
Uphold licensing laws, health safety standards and company policies.
Assist with training and onboarding new team members.

What we need from you

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of our business, so your friendly, welcoming personality is a given. Your enthusiasm and passion for hospitality, along with your genuine smile and desire to get it right for the customer, will impress us. You’ll also need to show us your team focussed. It’s great if you’ve got previous hospitality or customer service experience, but your attitude’s what will really count.
