Full job description

Behind the scenes, our Supply Chain team based at the Antrim Junction One Area plays a crucial role in making that happen, and we're looking for the right person to join them.

This is an exciting hybrid role that sits right at the heart of our supply chain and warehouse operations. You'll split your time roughly equally between desk-based supply chain administration and working hands-on within the warehouse - acting as the vital link between both teams to keep stock accurate, goods flowing, and everything running smoothly.

Whether you're chasing a supplier confirmation, resolving a stock discrepancy on the warehouse floor, or making sure our systems reflect exactly what's on the shelves, you'll be someone who takes real pride in getting the detail right.

What you’ll be doing

Maintaining stock accuracy across the warehouse — investigating and resolving discrepancies quickly and thoroughly
Receiving goods and accurately booking stock onto our systems (Acumatica and C7)
Liaising with suppliers to plan and manage timely, well-organised goods-in receipts
Acting as the day-to-day link between the warehouse and supply chain teams, troubleshooting any stock shortages or issues
Raising and managing Purchase Orders, ensuring order confirmations are received and reviewed
Arranging collections with carriers and keeping the warehouse team informed of the daily goods-in plan
Communicating professionally with third-party suppliers via email, maintaining a positive and collaborative working relationship
Supporting stock takes, cycle counts and updating systems accordingly
Assisting with light physical tasks in the warehouse, including locating and repositioning misplaced stock
Creating Goods Receipts to support accurate put-away of stock

A bit about you

Previous experience in a warehouse or stock control environment — you'll be comfortable on the warehouse floor as well as at a desk
Strong attention to detail and a real pride in accuracy
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A confident communicator - professional, clear and approachable whether emailing a supplier or coordinating with the warehouse team
Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities and keep cool under pressure
Experience with an ERP or warehouse management system is a bonus (we use Acumatica and C7)
Supply chain or purchasing administration experience is advantageous but not essential - we're happy to train the right person

Working Hours

Full-time position, 40 hours per week, scheduled across 5 days, with some flexibility required.
Your day starts and ends at our Antrim Head Office / Warehouse, located in the Junction One area.
