Part-Time Warehouse Administrator
Horbury Warehouse
Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 1:00pm (15 hours per week)

£10,328.00

Blachere Illumination UK Ltd is looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Administrator to join our team at our Horbury Warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, accurate and comfortable working in a busy warehouse support environment. You will provide key administrative support to help the warehouse run efficiently, including processing stock movements, maintaining records, preparing product labels and supporting stock control processes.

What you’ll be doing

Processing stock transfers and production orders
Updating warehouse records and systems
Preparing and printing internal warehouse code labels for products
Supporting stock receipt and purchase order administration
Uploading repair and testing documentation
Helping maintain accurate records for warehouse activity, consumables and stock items
Liaising with warehouse colleagues and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day administration

What we’re looking for

Previous administration experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and IT skills
Experience of Microsoft Office and SAP business one essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a warehouse or stock environment would be an advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
10:00am to 1:00pm
15 hours per week
